Steph Trowbridge is a Philadelphia based ceramicist and woodworker. Her unique wares elevate the everyday household item from the dram to a near whimsical product. Steph’s work is filled with organic shapes that give movement to the static nature of the utensil. Scout the cat guards over Steph’s workshop tucked into the backyard of her property. She works with only a handful of power tools giving each piece a unique handcrafted feel. Her work can be seen at the many craft fairs she attends as well as the Philadelphia Museum of Art and numerous publications in the US and abroad.
